These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Orpheus software-as-a-service platform, including any related websites, services, and applications (collectively, the "Service"), provided by Growth First Labs, LLC, a New York corporation ("Company", "we", or "us").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

We may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for any third-party services or content, and your use of those services is at your own risk.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orpheus is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. If changes are material, we'll provide notice (e.g., by email or in-app). Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York.
